Jouw diamond painting kits worden vanuit China verzonden met expressverzending, een snelle en betrouwbare methode. Naast de snelle verzending ontvang je ook een trackingcode. Hiermee kun je jouw pakket op elk moment volgen en precies zien wanneer het wordt geleverd. Je kunt je pakket altijd volgen via de trackinglink in het menu.
Verzendbeleid
Bedankt dat je hebt gekozen voor YLJ Art Shop! We doen ons best om een soepele en plezierige winkelervaring te bieden. Hieronder vind je alle details over ons verzendbeleid.
Verwerkingstijd
Alle bestellingen worden verwerkt binnen 1 tot 4 werkdagen (exclusief weekenden en feestdagen) nadat je een bevestigingsmail van je bestelling hebt ontvangen. Je ontvangt een extra melding zodra je bestelling is verzonden. Houd er rekening mee dat de verwerkingstijden kunnen worden verlengd tijdens drukke periodes of door onvoorziene omstandigheden.
Verzendtijd
Je bestelling wordt doorgaans geleverd binnen 10 tot 15 dagen na verzending. De levertijden kunnen variëren afhankelijk van je locatie en eventuele vertragingen tijdens het transport.
Verzendkosten
We zijn blij te kunnen melden dat we gratis verzending aanbieden voor al onze producten, ongeacht je locatie. Alle belastingen zijn inbegrepen in de eindprijs, zodat je geen verborgen kosten of verrassingen na betaling zult tegenkomen.
Ordertracking
Zodra je bestelling is verzonden, ontvang je een e-mailmelding met een trackingnummer. Dit nummer kan worden gebruikt om de status van je verzending te volgen. Houd er rekening mee dat het tot 48 uur kan duren voordat de trackinginformatie is bijgewerkt.

Vertraagde of Vermiste Bestellingen
Als je je bestelling niet binnen 21 dagen na ontvangst van de verzendbevestiging hebt ontvangen, neem dan contact met ons op via alex@yljartshop.com met je naam en ordernummer. We zullen het probleem onmiddellijk onderzoeken en je een update geven.
Restituties, Retouren en Ruilingen
We willen dat je volledig tevreden bent met je aankoop. Als dat niet het geval is, kun je je artikelen binnen 30 dagen na levering retourneren, mits ze ongebruikt en in originele staat zijn. We zullen het volledige orderbedrag terugbetalen, minus eventuele verzendkosten die zijn gemaakt voor de retourzending.
Als je bestelling beschadigd aankomt, stuur ons dan direct een e-mail via alex@yljartshop.com met je ordernummer en een foto van het beschadigde artikel. We behandelen deze situaties per geval, maar streven er altijd naar om een bevredigende oplossing te vinden.
