Your diamond painting kits are shipped from China using express shipping, which is a fast and reliable shipping method. In addition to fast shipping, we also provide a tracking code. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped. Please note that processing times may be extended during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Your order will typically be delivered within 10 to 15 days after it has shipped. Delivery times may vary based on your location and any potential delays in transit.
Shipping Rates
We are pleased to offer free shipping on all our products, regardless of your location. All taxes are included in the final price, so you won't encounter any hidden fees or unpleasant surprises after payment.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number. This number can be used to monitor the status of your shipment. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to be updated.

Delayed or Missing Orders

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you can return your items up to 30 days after delivery, provided they are unused and in their original condition. We will refund the full order amount, minus any shipping costs incurred for the return.
