How to Claim? It's Easy!
Starting a warranty claim is straightforward. Simply send us an email at alex@yljartshop.com with your details, a photo of the issue, and we'll take it from there. Our team processes claims promptly, usually within 12 business hours, Monday to Friday.
Warranty Coverage Details
Our Lifetime Warranty covers a variety of potential issues, including missing diamonds, faded sparkle, and adhesive problems. Please note that custom-made kits can only be returned or exchanged if they arrive with defects or if there were issues with craftsmanship.
Warranty Exceptions
While our warranty covers most aspects of your diamond painting kit, there are a few exceptions. Accessories such as diamond organizers and light pads are not covered, and the warranty does not apply if you choose to seal your completed kit. Additionally, our warranty is only valid for purchases made through our authorized retailers.
